It's a New Year and with this New Year God is closing one door in our lives and yet he's opening a new one to new beginnings. Many of you received our News Years Announcement email but if you haven't heard our news yet, or have heard it through the grapevine, i am here to confirm all rumors for you. i hesitated posting our news on the blog for awhile only because it makes the news so real and true for me. i am so sad to announce that we will indefinitely be closing Made For Memories the end of March. My Mother and i have been battling this decision for awhile, yet we have made it with such peace in our hearts! We truly believe God is leading us all to other things at the moment. Though there are reasons behind our decision, and many of you have asked Why? Our main reason is we remain committed to our family, and nothing is more important to us then family. My Husband and i have been wanting to relocate back to the Nashville area for awhile now and with our first baby due any day now, the timing has just seemed so right for us (and i know my parents won't be far behind us) ; ) but add that to my families battle with health issues this year between my Father and my 91 year old Grandmother, its been a tough year for my mother. Bless her heart she has been stretched so thin being back and forth between life and the store. We just agreed that it was time to move on and move forward especially to new beginnings as a new life enters our world! What a better time for my Mother to be able to enjoy life and time as a new Grandmother!! We've had an AMAZING 10 year run of an incredible business and have built so many friendships along the way. We are so greatful!! We will truly treasure all the memories and all the wonderful moments we have shared with so many of you along the way. Thank you all for friendship and continued loyal support for our beloved store over the years! As this is a sad time in our lives we are celebrating the next 2 1/2 months as we look forward to and prepare for the next chapter in our lives to begin.

We have been so overwhelmed by all the out pouring of love you have given us. The Flowers, the phone calls and flooded emails, you have filled our hearts with such joy with all your kind words of and amazing gestures! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
